Standard Notary Services - Tate Mobile Notary

• Single Notarization: $4.00 per signature

• Multiple Notarizations: $4.00 per signature (when multiple people sign the same document - like both spouses signing a power of attorney)

• Copy Certification: $2.00 per document (certifying that a photocopy matches the original document)

• Jurat (sworn statement): $4.00 per signature (documents where you swear/affirm the information is true, like affidavits)

• Acknowledgment: $4.00 per signature (most common - confirming you signed willingly, used for contracts, deeds, powers of attorney)

Mobile Notary Services

All mobile appointments include:

• Standard notarization fee (above)

• Plus Mobile Service Fee: $.62 per mile
  
  

Total Mobile Appointment Examples:

• 1 signature: $4 notary + $.62 per mile

• 2 signatures: $8 notary + $.62 per mile

• 3 signatures: $12 notary + $.62 per mile

Additional Services

• Document Printing: $1.00 per page

• Same-Day/Rush Service: Additional $10.00

• Evening/Weekend Service: Additional $15.00

• Hospital/Nursing Home Visit: Additional $10.00
